GDI's Hero Havoc has been reworked heavily. Thanks alot to Ares' new logics introduced recently. Havoc now comes in 3 forms. The Rumbler ACV, Talon-Cycle and his Original Powered Armour Self. The Bike and Infantry Version aren't available normally in gameplay and you must train him as the Rumbler. When destroyed as the Rumbler he is ejected into the Talon-Cycle. Destroying the Talon-Cycle ejects him as his Power Armoured Infantry Version. This New Design is also inspired by a certain Caped Crusader...

Unlike its Ground-Based Cousin the Puppet Master's Mutant Brain has neural inhibitors implanted to prevent it from mind controlling too many targets and has a maximum control limit of 5. Gangsters are local members of syndicate organizations such as the Mafia. Armed with the Thompson SMG or famously known as the Tommy Gun these men can tear apart enemy infantry. Gangsters have been seen willingly mutating themselves to further increase their combat prowess by having a Deadman Switch implanted in them that triggers on death resurrecting them as humanoid abominations.

The Scavenger is a unique super tank developed by the Syndicate. Initially equipped with a Magnetic Leech Beam, the Scavenger uses this weapon to initially tear apart enemy vehicles until the vehicle is weakened enough to being fully salvagable for upgrades. Depending on which Faction and Tier the Vehicle is destroyed by the Beam or when ordered to "enter" the Grinders from the rear area. The Scavenger will get an upgrade from 3 blueprints its crewmen have on hand. Ranging from extended batteries for the Rupture Beam, A Dual Barreled Cannon,Rocket Pods or a Obelisk Turret.

The Destroyer is the main workhorse of the Allied Navy. Tougher and bigger than the Gunboat or Dolphin. Equipped with the more powerful 155mm Cannon to fend off against Enemy Ships and Coastal Bases. The Destroyer also comes mounted with the V-22 Osprey on its back. The Osprey is equipped with depth charges which it can use to take out submerged targets aided by the Destroyer's Sonar Equipment.

The Supply Chinook is a Support Unit created by the Supply Lines Support Power. once you have both an Allied War Factory and a Refinery the Supply Lines can be activated for $3000 near any of your War Factories. The Chinook can deploy into a Supply Crate which can then be taken by your allies.

Supply Trucks allow a Commander to share their extra cash to nearby commanders in the battlefield.Once built the vehicle can drive over to a suitable location to deploy into a supply crate which any nearby unit can take it for cash. The Supply Truck is fairly armored and unarmed. Drivers have been seen running over enemy infantry to protect themselves from enemy fire. Once an Armor Depot & Refinery have been built a Supply Truck will begin to get loaded with supplies and can be deployed from any nearby Armor Depot the player owns.

After the Syndicate cut ties with the Soviets,Among Yuri's close confidants were cultists obsessed with the growing technology,forming eventually into what is now known as the Cabal Directive. Roughly an equivalent of the Enclave Brute and Chaos Cell's Gangsters these Soulless Machines come equipped miniaturized Dissintegrator Cannons and reinforced armor to let them clear out garrisonable structures as well as survive otherwise deadly attacks. The Cabal Drone can survive even dismemberment of their legs allowing them to fight further in the battle.

When fights need a decisive push for the Cabal Directive. A Cabal Prime is often called into the battle. The Cabal Prime is a robotic avatar of the Cabal Directive's Offensive Subroutines that uses the same designs externally as Cabal Drones allowing it to hide within Cabal Drone forces. Internally however the Cabal Prime comes equipped with a more poweful Dissintegrator Cannon,Repair Systems allowing it to recover in short fights and a much tougher armor. Much like the Cabal Drone Cabal Prime can also perform much the same functions of clearing out garrisoned structures and surviving dismemberment of their legs. Few telltale signs have been uncovered by survivors. Detailing that the Prime can be distinguished by its slower rate of fire and distinctly brighter laser beams.
